eCOA UAT Lead

Location: Home or office based in Sofia, Warsaw, or Johannesburg; Poland, Bulgaria, or South Africa

What you will do

• Review and approve eCOA vendor design documentation for alignment with study protocols.
• Create test plans, testing reports, and UAT scripts for eCOA vendor platforms.
• Execute test scripts and confirm systems are adequately tested before go-live.
• Identify risks to delivery timelines and provide accurate task estimates to the COA Project Manager.
• Represent the eCOA Solutions team in meetings with internal teams and sponsors as an expert in system design and testing.
• Track project deliverables and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IRT, eCOA, research technology, outcomes research, eClinical, clinical services, or a related field.
• Ability to work from home or an office in Bulgaria, Poland, or South Africa.
• Strong leadership, influencing, motivational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
