TL;DR
Technical QA Analyst / Senior Technical QA Analyst (Unreal Engine/AAA RPG): Testing internal tools and an AAA dark fantasy RPG with an accent on performance, stability, crash investigation, and root-cause analysis. Focus on profiling issues across platforms, debugging technical problems, and helping developers improve game quality.
Location: Warsaw, Poland, or partially or fully remote. Core hours are between 11am and 3pm CEST.
Salary: Competitive salary, plus a share in profits after the game's release.

Independent game studio founded by industry veterans, developing an AAA dark fantasy RPG, The Blood of Dawnwalker, as the first title in a planned saga.
What you will do
- Test internally developed tools and the game created with them.
- Provide feedback on tool usability and investigate issues to identify their root causes.
- Monitor performance across platforms and profile performance problems.
- Track stability, investigate crashes, and debug technical issues.
- Support developers in resolving issues that affect game quality and development efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of QA experience.
- Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine and custom tools.
- Understanding of game performance, stability, and the factors that affect them.
- Scripting or programming experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, self-management, and constructive feedback skills.
- Fluent English required.

- Experience debugging issues with various tools.
- Experience working in an in-house QA team.
