Senior Mobile QA Engineer

Location: Warszawa, Poland; flexible working with in-person collaboration when needed. Collaboration with teams in the United States may require flexibility in working hours.

What you will do

• Collaborate with product managers, desihirify.globalers, and engineers to understand feature requirements and testing needs.
• Develop and execute test cases for new mobile features and product releases.
• Create test plans covering release scope, strategy, and risk areas.
• Identify, document, and track defects while supporting investigation and resolution.
• Verify bug fixes before release and communicate testing progress and quality status to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall quality of the Jabra Enhance Select mobile application.

Requirements

• Background in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience testing native mobile applications on both iOS and Android.
• Understanding of mobile development environments, testing tools, and UI testing practices.
• Experience investigating issues and performing root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE).
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with qTest, Jira, Amplitude, Figma, Proxyman, ADB, or similar tools.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and interest in improving testing techniques and quality processes.
