TL;DR
Product Reporting Analyst (APAC Wealth) (Investment Reporting): Producing and maintaining client presentations, factsheets, fund commentaries, and customized reporting materials for wealth clients across the Asia-Pacific region with an accent on investment knowledge, analytical discipline, and operational precision. Focus on coordinating stakeholders, improving reporting quality and scalability, and delivering accurate materials under strict monthly, quarterly, and urgent client deadlines.
Location: Central Hong Kong, Hong Kong; employees work from the office 4 days a week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week

What you will do
- Support APAC Wealth Client Group teams with reporting and presentation needs for private banks, wealth platforms, and intermediary clients.
- Produce and maintain client presentations, factsheets, fund commentaries, customized reports, and other client materials.
- Coordinate with Client Group, Investment Products & Fund Strategies, Compliance, Fund Reporting, and offshore support teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables.
- Onboard new reporting requirements through template maintenance, process documentation, and operational oversight.
- Act as a regional point of contact for APAC wealth reporting and identify opportunities to improve standardization, scalability, and efficiency.
- Peer review deliverables, support recurring monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, and manage urgent client deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience in financial services, preferably investment management, product reporting, fund reporting, or client reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong capital markets, investment, or product knowledge, with the ability to translate complex information into clear client materials.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work against strict and competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and comfort using internal and external systems and databases.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with QLDP-related reporting.
- CFA Level II candidacy or completion.
- Interest in process improvement, automation, and applying emerging technologies, including AI, to reporting.
