Software Engineering Internship - Test & Automation (Spring or Summer 2027)

hirify.global manufactures satellite buses at scale using software, vertical integration, and hardware designed for manufacturing.

What you will do

• Own a software engineering project from design through implementation and testing.
• Develop and improve testing systems for hirify.global’s satellite platform.
• Work across ground support equipment and flight hardware.
• Perform engineering design, analysis, build, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with the broader engineering team and work with a dedicated mentor.

Requirements

• Be available to work in person in Los Angeles, California, USA.
• Graduate in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Currently pursue a BS or MS degree in a related field.
• Have a strong understanding of software architecture.
• Be proficient in Python.
• Spring interns must be able to pause or adjust academic commitments, such as taking a semester off or enrolling part-time, for the duration of the program.
