Production Director (Social / CAIT)

What you will do

• Operationalise the Creator, Affiliate, Influencer and Talent (CAIT) function for a key EMEA client across two markets.
• Own end-to-end production processes for content captured at third-party events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
• Lead scope development, deliverables, timelines, budgets, workflows, staffing, and resource planning.
• Manage commercial performance, project progress, change requests, risks, quality, and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate Creative, Client Partnership, Strategy, Media, Analytics, Finance, Legal, vendors, and clients from briefing through final delivery.
• Mentor Producers, resolve escalated issues, and develop creator, experiential, live shopping, and culturally relevant production opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a portfolio of brands and work across multiple markets.
• Strong production experience, including end-to-end management of shoots from pre-production through post-production.
• Advanced leadership, management, mentorship, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience owning complex strategic projects and managing senior stakeholders, budgets, risks, and delivery quality.
• Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirements.
• Authorization to work in the U.K. is required.
