What you will do

• Deliver assigned integrated brand experience programmes from creative development through execution.
• Manage client relationships, programme scope, schedules, staffing plans, status updates, and approvals.
• Coordinate account teams, junior staff, freelancers, and external resources to meet deadlines.
• Create and manage programme budgets, revenue, vendor costs, pricing, and reconciliation.
• Contribute to creative brainstorms and recommend innovative production methods and technology.
• Ensure flawless delivery, positive team collaboration, repeat business, and profitable programme management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience creating integrated B2B campaigns and digital experiences and delivering solutions.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work and lead in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong familiarity with technology and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Bilingual Japanese and English, with an understanding of local business culture in Japan.
• Experience in consumer engagement and activation, meetings and events, and digital experiences.
