Content Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote in LATAM; rotating shifts may include evenings, weekends, live sports windows, and after-hours coverage.

Compensation: Up to $20,000 USD per year on a full-time contractor contract.

What you will do

• Own assigned content operations tasks from queue intake through completion, including workflow execution, result checks, system updates, and blocker escalation.
• Prepare generated story packages and reports using hirify.global tools and runbooks.
• QA generated content and application surfaces, maintain content hygiene, and manage recurring task records.
• Deliver client-ready links, reports, and status updates.
• Triage content and support issues with AI-assisted tools, gather evidence, identify likely causes, and escalate clearly when needed.
• Support live sports events by preparing scheduled content, monitoring time-sensitive outputs, and completing clear handovers.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently, manage a queue, follow runbooks and checklists, and make decisions within defined workflows.
• Ability to identify defects, verify details, assess issues, and escalate with evidence.
• Clear written communication and accurate record-keeping for handovers and status updates.
• Ability to use AI tools pragmatically while verifying their outputs and improving repeatable workflows.
• Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, live event windows, and assigned after-hours support.

Nice to have

• Experience in content operations, publishing operations, content QA, application or product support, live operations, media operations, or digital production.
• Familiarity with CMS tools, Airtable, Linear, Zendesk, Slack, spreadsheets, dashboards, browser tools, or AI workflow tools.
• Experience with sports, media, applications, generated content, clips, reporting, or client-facing delivery.
