Full Stack Software Engineer (React)

What you will do

• Build, modify, and maintain web applications with React across multiple browsers and platforms.
• Build and maintain ETL jobs for storing and organizing customer data in the hirify.global Knowledge Graph.
• Advise engineering and business stakeholders on technical best practices, compatibility issues, and trade-offs.
• Improve development tooling, software quality, iteration speed, and maintainability using modern technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, product stakeholders, and engineers throughout project delivery.
• Write clean, tested, and well-structured code.

Requirements

• BS or higher in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent college-level education.
• Experience with React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to work across frontend and backend technologies.
• Openness to new technologies and creative technical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node, Python, Go, or Java.
• Two to five years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with agentic coding tools.
