Scientist (Flow Cytometry)

What you will do

• Research target functions, expression patterns, subcellular locations, and antibody conjugation requirements.
• Validate Flow Cytometry applications for new GCV development and replenishment products.
• Design, plan, and analyze Flow Cytometry experiments and prepare product datasheets.
• Evaluate antibodies using WB, ICC, IF, IHC, and IP screening applications.
• Analyze challenging project results, troubleshoot Flow Cytometry application issues, and provide scientific support to customers.
• Coach research associates and scientists while collaborating with adjacent teams and supporting the line manager.

Requirements

• Hands-on Flow Cytometry experience, including experimental design, FlowJo data analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ph.D. in Biology, Immunology, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience with human or mouse primary cell culture is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with laboratory automation, instrument programming, and workflow development.
