Health Officer (Occupational Health)

What you will do

• Conduct and support workplace risk assessments across the head office and retail stores.
• Identify occupational health risks and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
• Manage employee health examination programs, follow-up activities, health consultations, and wellness initiatives.
• Support emergency preparedness, first-aid management, and response protocols for customer-facing employees experiencing verbal abuse or workplace stress.
• Lead mental health, work-related stress prevention, and employee well-being programs.
• Develop and deliver occupational health, safety, and onboarding training in partnership with HR and business leaders.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse (RN), Occupational Health Specialist, or another qualification recognized under Korean Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 or more years in occupational health, workplace health and safety, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Korean Occupational Safety and Health regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing employee health examinations and workplace health initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, consumer, or multi-site operations.
• Experience supporting Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.
• Experience leading workplace risk assessments and health-related projects.
• Business English communication skills.
