[MedTech] Senior Clinical Trainer - Electrophysiology (MedTech)

Location: Seoul, South Korea; hybrid work with home-based and office-based work, field activities, customer-facing engagements, and possible domestic travel.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver onboarding programs for new Electrophysiology employees in collaboration with the Korea Education Manager.
• Provide foundational and advanced education covering cardiac anatomy, physiology, arrhythmias, electrophysiology fundamentals, mapping principles, procedures, products, and technologies.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, practical, and field-based learning activities and assess trainee progress through knowledge checks, exercises, observation, and participation.
• Deliver ongoing field training, clinical competency programs, coaching, and continuous learning initiatives for EP employees across South Korea.
• Prepare learning content for new product introductions and maintain Foundation and Advanced curricula and training resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback, assessments, field observations, and performance data, then improve program quality and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in medical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry.
• Clinical experience or strong knowledge of cardiovascular disease states and Electrophysiology, including cardiac anatomy, physiology, arrhythmias, and EP procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, and the ability to work across functions and teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in Electrophysiology or cardiac mapping technologies.
• Experience in training, coaching, mentoring, adult learning, onboarding, or new-hire development.
• Experience developing curricula and learning content or supporting product launches and clinical education initiatives.
• Knowledge of blended learning methodologies and digital learning platforms.
