EHS Nurse

Location: Bundang, South Korea; travel to customer sites and company locations required, approximately 25% of the time

Global materials science and engineering company developing and servicing equipment used in semiconductor and advanced display manufacturing.

What you will do

• Provide employee health consultations, medical assessments, first aid support, health checks, and treatment guidance.
• Coordinate annual, special, pre-placement, and job-related medical examinations, including follow-up care and health surveillance.
• Plan occupational health programs covering musculoskeletal disorder prevention, cardiovascular risk reduction, health promotion, and employee training.
• Provide initial medical response, triage guidance, case documentation, work-relatedness assessments, and workers’ compensation support.
• Coordinate external occupational health providers and medical examination vendors across multiple sites.
• Maintain confidential health documentation and support audits, inspections, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Valid Korean registered nurse license required.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in occupational health, employee health services, clinical nursing, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of Korean occupational health regulations required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites and company locations.
