Head of Business Development - Logos (Web3)

What you will do

• Own and execute business development and partnership strategy before mainnet and through post-launch ecosystem growth.
• Identify high-value opportunities across protocols, infrastructure providers, applications, wallets, exchanges, oracles, indexers, DeFi, and aggregators.
• Lead opportunities from initial identification through technical evaluation, negotiation, integration, and ongoing relationship management.
• Build technically meaningful partnerships that drive integrations, adoption, users, network activity, or revenue.
• Manage, mentor, and develop an existing team of two BD contributors while remaining hands-on with strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with protocol, engineering, product, ecosystem, and communications teams to connect technical capabilities with partner needs.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and Web3 infrastructure, including L1s, L2s, modular architectures, P2P networking, nodes, validators, consensus, storage, messaging, RPC, wallets, and network launches.
• Experience in business development, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, or a closely related role, with evidence of delivering real integrations, adoption, users, network activity, or revenue.
• Existing relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem and the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team, with strong commercial judgment and autonomous execution.
• Experience with open-source protocols is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in privacy-focused L1 or L2 ecosystems.
• Experience with decentralized networking projects involving messaging, storage, privacy tools, or applications.
• Experience with privacy-focused wallets or other privacy ecosystem products.

Hiring process
