Senior Engineering Manager (AI)

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join FAR Labs, part of the ecosystem! 🚀

FAR Labs is a unified platform for high-performance AI inference. We provide dedicated Inference and Model APIs with flexible workload placement: on our capacity, in a customer’s cloud, on their own hardware, or across shared GPUs for workloads that are neither sensitive nor urgent.

You’ll lead and develop our engineering team, strengthen delivery and people-management practices, and partner closely with Product, the CTO, and company leadership to take the platform from an early stage toward production and scale.

What we’re looking for:
• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Genuine experience managing engineers—ideally Tech Leads or multiple teams
• Strong technical credibility and confidence in architectural discussions
• Experience with people development and performance management
