TL;DR

Tech Lead (AI Gaming): Building and scaling Gamed, an AI gaming companion for PvE games, with an accent on hands-on engineering, product architecture, and reliable feature delivery. Focus on leading and mentoring a small engineering team, deploying AI-powered products, and evaluating the capabilities and limitations of Gemini and other AI models.

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join our team at !

You’ll help us build Gamed—an AI gaming companion for PvE games, such as Assassin’s Creed and other titles where players interact with the game environment.

You’ll lead and mentor a small engineering team while staying hands-on with the code. You’ll help us build, ship, and scale the product, shape its architecture, and turn ideas into reliable features used by real players.

What we’re looking for:
• 5–8 years of engineering experience, including shipping and maintaining live products
• 1–2 years in a Lead or Senior capacity, with experience mentoring a small team
• Experience building AI-powered products that have been deployed and used by real users
• Strong hands-on coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Practical experience with Gemini and/or other AI models, including an understanding of their capabilities and limitations
