What you will do
- Translate documents, emails, and simple reports between Arabic and target languages such as English.
- Support clients in understanding certification requirements and answer related inquiries.
- Coordinate certification matters with internal departments.
- Handle routine administrative tasks related to certification.
- Apply for, register, issue, and record certificates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Arabic-related field, or equivalent language proficiency certification.
- Strong Arabic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are required.
- Knowledge of certification standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and certification management software.
