IAM Platform Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Livingston, with hybrid working

Salary: £70,000–£100,000 per annum, plus benefits

What you will do

• Own and manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management platform, ensuring stability, performance and scalability.
• Define and deliver the platform roadmap, including upgrades, enhancements and feature adoption.
• Oversee Joiner, Mover and Leaver identity lifecycle processes.
• Maintain governance frameworks and operational standards while ensuring security, audit and regulatory compliance.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, including service quality, value and negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to improve IAM processes and user experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing One Identity Manager or a similar enterprise IAM platform.
• Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, Role-Based Access Control and Access Governance.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, APIs and integration connectors.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks and managing platform compliance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, supplier management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-site or international organisations is highly desirable.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VB.NET, scripting, GDPR, SOX or audit frameworks.
