Senior Incident Responder (OT Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore; Singapore citizenship required. Remote, distributed work with up to 40% travel for onsite customer engagements.

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve high-impact security incidents across diverse OT environments and industry verticals.
• Determine root cause and operational impact, then coordinate containment, recovery, and post-incident analysis.
• Improve incident response processes, standard operating procedures, threat hunting, forensic analysis, and remediation methods.
• Collaborate with industry experts, partners, and internal stakeholders to strengthen incident response frameworks.
• Support customer security assessments and provide strategic advisory services aligned with business risks.
• Translate technical findings into actionable guidance for engineers, operations leaders, and executives during high-pressure incidents.

Requirements

• Singapore citizenship is required.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in incident response and digital forensics, including network, memory, live, or disk analysis.
• Familiarity with ICS/OT environments, industrial facilities, automation systems, or OT protocols.
• Experience conducting end-to-end investigations, correlating multiple data sources, pivoting across evidence types, and identifying root cause and impact.
• Experience hunting malicious activity, coordinating response actions, and managing communications during active incidents.
• Ability to work in a remote, distributed environment, participate in on-call rotations, support non-standard hours, and travel up to 40% for onsite engagements.
