Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Praktika is an AI-native education company building an automated language tutoring experience with generative AI avatars for learners worldwide.

What you will do

• Own the marketing site, onboarding funnels, customer portals, web app, and internal tools.
• Lead architecture, development, experimentation, deployment, and operations across web applications.
• Shape product decisions, design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on user experiences.
• Build adaptive, animated, mobile-first interfaces focused on conversion and learner experience.
• Integrate backend services, Google and Apple SSO, and payment gateways including Stripe, PayPal, and RevenueCat.
• Set up analytics, tracking, and conversion funnels with Product, Growth, and Marketing.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with TypeScript, React, hooks, context, state management, and Node.js.
• Proficiency with Next.js or equivalent, CSS-in-JS or Tailwind, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with authentication providers such as Firebase or Auth0.
• Experience integrating payment systems, feature-flag platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility, including animation, micro-interactions, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and analytics.
• Ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, distributed, written-first culture.
