Founding Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; onsite with occasional travel to customers

Salary: $200,000–$350,000 base annually, with flexibility above that band for an exceptional profile

What you will do

• Identify customer needs and determine whether the current product already solves them.
• Define and prioritize derived data products, such as technographics and fraud signals, with the machine-learning team.
• Own the roadmap end to end, including requirements, implementation, launch, adoption, and post-launch feedback.
• Scale the product-led growth motion toward parity with the sales-led business.
• Work directly with customers building agents and internal workflows on top of the platform.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement so shipped features do not become dormant.

Requirements

• 4–5+ years of product management experience as an individual contributor.
• Computer science degree and technical depth to reason about agent-facing and machine-learning-derived products.
• Startup experience and comfort working in a zero-to-one environment.
• Track record of owning a product area end to end and growing it measurably.
• Analytical, scrappy, and able to operate without a large supporting organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with data products, machine-learning-driven features, or product-led growth motions.
