Operations Associate (Healthtech)

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (On-site, 5 days/week)

Salary: €30,000–€36,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, scheduling, and results delivery.
• Coordinate a network of lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers across Europe.
• Build and maintain internal tooling and automations using tools like n8n, Notion, Linear, and Airtable.
• Design and document operational playbooks to enable business scaling without proportional headcount growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin and able to work on-site five days a week.
• Native-level German fluency required.
• 0–2 years of experience in an operations or hands-on builder role.
• Practical experience building automations with no-code tools or scripting languages like Python.
• No visa sponsorship available.
