Middle SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Uzbekistan, Georgia, or Poland. Hybrid work mode; ability to travel to client locations is required.

What you will do

• Work directly with clients to guide complex projects, develop solutions, and build trusted relationships.
• Lead business process re-engineering and technology enablement initiatives.
• Apply human capital management and SAP expertise to support client business objectives.
• Facilitate solution-architecting workshops with business managers, client staff, and end-users to define functional requirements.
• Configure SAP HR and SuccessFactors systems according to client requirements.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer, share best practices, and provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years of recent hands-on systems configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
• Experience with at least one SAP SuccessFactors module: Employee Central, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, or Recruiting.
• Ability to travel to client locations.
• English at B2+ level.
