SAP Cash Management Consultant (Bank Management, BCM, FI)

Location: Poland (remote), with a visit to the Wrocław office about once per quarter.

Rate: up to 220 PLN/h net + VAT.

What you will do

• Configure automatic payment processes, including house banks, payment methods, payment advice, and, where required, Bank Communication Management.
• Configure bank file creation and routing to banks through H2H, including manual file creation in SAP where required.
• Enable bank statement imports and automatic posting to GL accounts for bank and subledger reconciliation, including search string maintenance.
• Assess the impact of new bank accounts and payment methods on vendor and customer payments and support S/4HANA Cash Management configuration, including exchange rates.
• Support SAP-to-non-SAP interfaces, communicate with banks about SAP IT setup requirements, and troubleshoot SAP Bank Management issues.
• Conduct System Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing in an agile setup using Azure Boards and agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP FI Banking and its integration with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and GL.
• Experience with Bank Management in both SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience configuring automatic payment runs, bank statement imports, and automatic posting.
• Integration knowledge of SAP MM and SD.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• English at C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Bank Communication Management and H2H bank connectivity.
• Experience with S/4HANA Cash Management.
• Familiarity with Azure Boards and agile ways of working.
