SAP Senior Consultant/Lead Consultant – SF Time Off & Time Tracking

Location: Warsaw, Poland; other possible locations include Gdansk, Krakow, and Wroclaw. Hybrid work model with in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Configure, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions, including time types, time accounts, accruals, absence workflows, time sheets, time valuation, approvals, calendars, reporting, and dashboards.
• Implement country-specific leave and time-management localization, including statutory, parental, sick, compassionate, overtime, night-shift, weekend, and public-holiday rules.
• Integrate SuccessFactors Time with Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, third-party payroll providers through SAP BTP Integration Suite or middleware, and hybrid S/4HANA CATS or Time Management landscapes.
• Lead fit-to-standard workshops, prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and test scripts, and support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Perform quarterly SuccessFactors release impact analysis, regression testing, client communication, and labor-law compliance advisory.
• Lead delivery activities, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with S/4HANA, payroll, integration, HR, and client teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including at least 4 years specializing in Time Off and/or Time Tracking.
• At least 3 full-lifecycle implementations involving EC Time Management, covering Time Off, Time Tracking, or both.
• Experience implementing time management for at least two countries with differing statutory leave requirements.
• Hands-on experience with accrual rules, leave carryover policies, time valuation rules, and multi-calendar time zones.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
