Senior Software Developer (Kotlin/TypeScript)

What you will do

• Design and implement business capabilities in modern backend and frontend services with a backend-leaning focus.
• Contribute to legacy-system changes required for delivery, stability, and safe migration.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and robust implementations.
• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, unnecessary coupling, and delivery obstacles through refactoring and modernization.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Engineers to clarify business rules and dependencies.
• Support junior engineers through code reviews, technical sparring, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong skills in modern backend technologies such as Kotlin, TypeScript, Spring Boot, or comparable stacks.
• Experience working in heterogeneous environments, including legacy systems.
• Ability to turn unclear requirements and implicit business logic into solid technical solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, data models, and operational implications of technical decisions.
• High standards for testability, code quality, maintainability, production awareness, and responsible use of AI tools.
