Mission & Armament Commodity Manager (d/f/m)

Location: Manching, Germany; on-site role with mobile working and part-time options available

What you will do

• Build the future supply chain for Combat Collaborative Aircraft and lead procurement projects.
• Establish, implement, and monitor the commodity strategy for the assigned perimeter.
• Lead the sub-commodity multifunctional team.
• Manage supplier relationships and supplier development programs.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage contractual agreements.
• Anticipate, assess, and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a comparable field.
• German at mother-tongue level and English at negotiation level are required.
• Very good international communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, influencing, and convincing skills.
