Knowledge & AI Agent Manager

Location: Hybrid work from the Berlin or Haarlem office 3 days per week; Central European Time

Salary: €56,847–€71,079 gross annually in the Netherlands, with potential commission, bonuses, and/or equity.

hirify.global designs, builds, and operates a large constellation of imaging satellites and provides cloud-based geospatial data for commercial, environmental, and humanitarian applications.

What you will do

• Manage the acquisition, organization, sharing, maintenance, and governance of hirify.global’s knowledge base.
• Monitor, review, and optimize AI Agent responses for accuracy and relevance.
• Design, scope, and create custom AI Agents for customer and partner engagement.
• Identify knowledge gaps and define corrective actions for existing content.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, education, Customer Success, and sales teams.
• Translate complex technical information into clear language for technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of knowledge management and technical writing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience creating or using AI Agents and familiarity with AI Agent architectures.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or Perl; GIS applications such as ESRI or QGIS; and ticketing systems such as Zendesk or JIRA.
• Experience with geospatial data, satellite imagery, and remote sensing, plus strong communication and analytical skills.
