Product Manager - Retail Expert (AI)

What you will do

• Lead discovery, roadmap, and strategy conversations with enterprise retailers, suppliers, and senior stakeholders.
• Maintain deep knowledge of commerce, marketplace, dropship, order orchestration, inventory synchronization, supplier compliance, and fulfillment workflows.
• Gather customer insights through interviews, feedback, analytics, and market research to inform product decisions.
• Translate complex managed-commerce workflows into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases.
• Use AI tools for research, feedback analysis, insight generation, prototyping, and productivity throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver product enhancements and personally build or validate prototypes and, where applicable, production-ready features.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, eCommerce, Supply Chain, or another technology-focused role.
• Experience in retail, dropship, marketplace, EDI, or B2B commerce is preferred.
• Ability to lead credible business conversations and present to senior retail stakeholders.
• Hands-on daily experience with AI tools and AI-assisted development or agentic/low-code tools is required.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
