2027 Undergraduate Summer Finance Internship (Finance)

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, USA; office attendance required Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will do

• Support Sales Finance or Operations Finance teams through a 10-week summer internship running from the end of May to the beginning of August 2027.
• Contribute to monthly business reviews, financial reporting, shipment and consumption analysis, forecasting, and trade fund compliance reporting.
• Analyze promotional effectiveness, customer profitability, customer P&Ls, and cost-to-serve measures to support business decisions.
• Assist with month-end close accounting, cost accounting schedules, plant reporting, and standard cost and master data support.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate quantity, price, rebate, production variance, and accrual discrepancies.
• Work on cross-functional teams and present a final capstone project to leadership.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in finance or a closely related discipline, with at least two years of completed college coursework.
• Ability and interest in working a hybrid schedule in Ewing, New Jersey.
• US work authorization is required; eligible candidates include US citizens and permanent residents or green card holders.
• Microsoft 365 experience is required.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with willingness to learn company systems and reporting platforms.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Canva, Figma, TikTok, Instagram, or other relevant platforms.
