Accounting Rotation Intern (Fintech)

Location: In-office at the company headquarters in Plano, Texas, Monday through Friday

Salary: $23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Rotate through Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, and Internal Audit.
• Prepare and record journal entries in the general ledger by analyzing supporting data.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly financial close procedures and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statements, external SEC filings, income tax returns, and quarterly tax provision calculations.
• Support audit reviews, SOX control processes, validation procedures, and special accounting projects.
• Develop financial reports and analyses and collaborate with other departments on projects.

Requirements

• Pursuing an Accounting degree with expected graduation between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work in the Plano, Texas home office Monday through Friday.
• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Employment-based immigration sponsorship and assistance or documentation for OPT or CPT are not provided.
