Assembly and Test NPI Integrator

Location: On-site in Kulim, Malaysia

hirify.global operates the Kulim assembly and test manufacturing facility supporting new product introduction and high-volume manufacturing.

What you will do

• Plan and manage NPI execution from engineering builds through high-volume manufacturing.
• Coordinate build execution across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Develop NPI execution plans, define dependencies, estimate effort and duration, and track schedules.
• Coordinate manufacturing readiness, including system setup, process flow, material readiness, and capacity availability.
• Identify product and process issues, lead root cause analysis, and coordinate risk mitigation and recovery actions.
• Document process flows, build routing, BOMs, qualification artifacts, and factory certification documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent technical field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in NPI, manufacturing, technology transfer, or related engineering roles.
• Knowledge of assembly and/or test processes, technology development transfer methodologies, and statistical data analysis.
• Strong collaboration, organizational, project coordination, and prioritization skills.
• Good English verbal and written communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
