Business Operations Analyst (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Review requests for proposal and identify information needed for proposal text and budget development.
• Prepare and finalize proposals, rebids, related documents, preliminary agreements, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Collaborate with proposal developers and participate in strategy calls to clarify customer requirements.
• Perform quality control edits and support document finalization and distribution.
• Maintain corporate databases and tracking reports with accurate information.
• Participate in customer meetings and departmental initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science, business management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and listening skills.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
