Consulting Managing Director, Data and Digital Services - AI Domain (AI Engineering)

Location: Minneapolis, United States; willingness to travel up to 25% of the year is required.

Salary: $181,900–$397,700 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Own the AI Engineering portfolio, including offerings, accelerators, service packages, methodologies, reference architectures, and reusable assets.
• Develop go-to-market plans, build strategic pipelines, support pricing and commercialization, and drive revenue growth.
• Lead executive-level discovery, solutioning, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and deal shaping.
• Convert strategy and assessment engagements into multi-phase programs across cloud data platforms, analytics, AI, governance, and managed services.
• Represent AI Engineering through thought leadership, industry events, analyst discussions, conferences, and client forums.
• Collaborate with service lines, platform teams, global offices, and managed services leaders to build integrated delivery models and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading managed services infrastructure build, transformation, delivery, and expansion.
• Deep expertise in AI engineering, machine learning platforms, generative AI, agentic systems, MLOps, and enterprise AI architecture.
• Experience building and scaling AI solutions and translating emerging technologies into client-ready offerings and commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver high-quality managed services.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience with finance transformation or financial systems selection and implementation.

Nice to have

• Leadership experience in corporate finance, controllership, CFO functions, FP&A, financial reporting, policy development, or transaction-related accounting.
• Global operational and accounting experience.
• Experience with infrastructure or managed IT services, implementation methodologies, and program management.
