Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Lead analog and digital electrical design, system integration, troubleshooting, and technical direction for complex electromechanical systems.
• Drive new product development, design enhancements, quality improvements, and engineering solutions from concept through production.
• Participate in design reviews and support verification, validation, root cause analysis, and resolution of product issues.
• Coordinate with regional suppliers and contract manufacturers on PCB design, assembly, manufacturing capabilities, and quality issues.
• Plan, schedule, and track engineering activities across multiple projects while communicating milestones, risks, and solutions.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Quality & Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams across global time zones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Typically 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in medical devices or another high-reliability industry.
• Strong experience in analog and digital design, troubleshooting, complex electromechanical systems, and root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting products from concept through production and working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, PCB design, and assembly.
• Experience in regulated environments, including ISO 13485 and IEC standards such as IEC 60601.
• Clear and effective English communication is required.
