IT Engineer (Japanese Speaker) - Entry Level

What you will do

• Operate and support IT infrastructure areas such as server administration, technical security, and performance management.
• Resolve technical incidents, collaborate on cross-technology issues, and proactively identify potential escalations.
• Implement and verify infrastructure changes, apply security patches, and monitor patch compliance.
• Maintain accurate Configuration Management Database entries and provide continual improvement recommendations.
• Participate in customer, transition, transformation, and internal projects, including leading projects within the assigned responsibility area.
• Manage technical and service relationships with Japanese clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Fresh graduates and candidates from other educational backgrounds may apply; training is provided.
• General understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, project management, customer and vendor management, business analysis, and financial management.
• Excellent written and spoken Japanese, certified at JLPT N1, N2, or N3 level.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Wintel, or a programming language.
