What you will do

• Act as an engineer at equipment and subsystem level throughout the electrical engineering project lifecycle.
• Analyze customer requirements and create consistent specifications across equipment and subsystem levels.
• Develop technical concepts and perform cost-benefit analyses to identify effective solutions.
• Manage technical relationships, negotiations, and progress meetings with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Prepare technical documentation, including electrical interfaces and technical budgets, in line with ECSS and customer requirements.
• Support design reviews, verification closeouts, and project risk management.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of analog and power design, digital design, or space-related communication networks is advantageous.
• Hands-on, structured, proactive working style with strong time management.
• Flexibility, creativity, clear communication, and willingness to travel for business.
• Negotiation-level English and good command of German required.
