Manager, Pre-Sales & Professional Services (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, US (East Coast); travel required 31%–60%. Applicants must be legally authorized to reside and work in the United States. International relocation or remote work outside the United States is not considered.

Base salary: $160,000–$200,000 annually; OTE up to $250,000.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain Professional Services and Pre-Sales Engineering teams.
• Direct implementation, integration, migration, training, consulting, architecture review, and solution validation services.
• Partner with Sales to support technical sales strategy, executive briefings, demonstrations, workshops, proof-of-concept validations, and customer adoption.
• Provide senior escalation leadership for complex customer, technical, and delivery issues.
• Guide solutions involving credential management, PKI, digital certificates, authentication, MFA, FIDO, workforce and citizen identity, physical access control, and mobile access.
• Lead workforce planning, forecasting, resource allocation, delivery governance, quality management, and continuous improvement across North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, enterprise software, or security technology.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams in cybersecurity, identity management, enterprise software, or related domains.
• Experience leading Professional Services, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales Engineering teams.
• Expertise in IAM, PKI, credential management systems, PACS, MFA, cloud security, digital certificates, enterprise integrations, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Strong customer communication, presentation, consulting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Security, CIAM, PKI, or Digital Identity.
• Experience with large-scale identity, cybersecurity, or credential management deployments in regulated industries.
