Structure Repair Engineer (Aircraft Structures)

What you will do

• Analyze in-service aircraft structure queries and damage reports received from airline customers and MRO organizations.
• Design repair solutions that comply with aircraft standards and certification requirements.
• Perform static and fatigue strength analyses using relevant stress methods and tools.
• Prepare technical documentation for repair approval.
• Coordinate with the partner Design Office, In-Service Customer Service, Airtac, and other technical functions to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Support data collection, reporting, technical improvement, and digitalization projects within the Daily Repairs team.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience or qualifications relevant to aircraft structural repair engineering.
• Knowledge of aircraft structural strength, including static and fatigue analysis.
• Ability to apply engineering methods while considering airworthiness regulations, materials and processes, and aerodynamic effects.
• Ability to prepare technical documents and coordinate with multiple engineering stakeholders.
• Commitment to compliance, integrity, and applicable aerospace certification requirements.
