Focus on resolving complex constraints across junctions, power-on, hydraulic release, and fuel tests while driving final closure with manufacturing engineering, design offices, and suppliers.
Location: Tianjin Area, on-site at the Final Assembly Line. Normal day and late shifts are required; night shifts may be needed during industrial crises.

What you will do
- Represent manufacturing plants on-site at the Final Assembly Line and coordinate with FAL customers, plants, and subcontracted suppliers.
- Manage Outstanding Work and ensure the correct execution of plant work orders.
- Analyze drawings, tooling, qualifications, parts-ordering information, S01, S03, QSRs, DQNs, and modifications for section handovers.
- Provide immediate technical disposition and analysis for plant-responsible Non-Conformities and related issues.
- Support complex Final Assembly Line constraints, including junctions, power-on, hydraulic release, and fuel tests.
- Lead technical investigations, issue closure, process improvement, knowledge transfer, and lessons-learned activities with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Aeronautics education or an equivalent engineering degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in the aviation industry.
- Experience working in multifunctional teams and managing subcontracted activities.
- Knowledge of aircraft specifications and 2D drawings.
- Experience with SAP, ACPnG, @AirNav, CIRCE, and IBM tools.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required. French and/or German is a plus.
