Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery Product Owner, Expert (DevOps)

Location: Hybrid in Oakland, California, working from a remote office and Oakland once per week or more as business needs require.

Salary: $132,000–$226,000 annually, plus eligibility for discretionary incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead Scrum teams as Product Owner and align business priorities, product strategy, backlogs, release plans, and delivery execution.
• Own enterprise CI/CD platform strategy and roadmaps across Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and related DevOps capabilities.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code governance and adoption using Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, and Ansible, including reusable modules and automation patterns.
• Embed DevSecOps controls such as SAST, DAST, software composition analysis, secrets scanning, container security, and compliance validation into delivery workflows.
• Develop developer self-service capabilities, golden paths, standardized platform services, and deployment automation across AWS, Azure, Azure Local, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, and OpenShift.
• Establish release controls, quality gates, rollback strategies, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices for deployment reliability and developer productivity.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of job-related experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Agile certification.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Oakland, California arrangement.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and platform engineering concepts.
