Project Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Execute projects within scope, schedule, and budget using structured project management methodologies.
• Develop and maintain project charters, CERs, Gantt charts, status reports, action trackers, budgets, spending updates, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams throughout project delivery.
• Identify risks, issues, task interdependencies, and resource requirements, then drive mitigation and corrective actions.
• Support technical studies, equipment evaluations, manufacturing process assessments, sterilisation technologies, and process improvements.
• Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, product quality, safety performance, and standard cost.

Requirements

• Experience applying project management practices, including scheduling, risk management, cost control, and change control.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to discuss manufacturing processes, equipment, and sterilisation technologies.
• Ability to perform financial and technical justifications for capital investment approvals.
• Ability to coordinate change validation, change control management, and updates to BOM, SOP, and related documentation.
• Commitment to Environmental, Health & Safety standards and company procedures.
