Marketing Technology Administrator

Location: On-site in Krakow, Poland

What you will do

• Administer daily operations of Kapost, Content Hub DAM, and Showpad, including user accounts, permissions, workflows, and platform configurations.
• Upload, organize, manage metadata for, publish, distribute, and maintain the lifecycle of content, digital assets, and products.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot platform issues for marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Create training materials and deliver platform training for new and existing users.
• Audit platform performance, identify improvements, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, internal teams, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
• At least one year of experience administering marketing technologies or digital platforms.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to learn software platforms, manage multiple priorities, and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation, metadata management, and content governance.
• Experience with Sitecore, Kapost, and/or Showpad.
