IT Project Manager (Agile/Waterfall)

What you will do

• Lead multiple IT projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and change management.
• Apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, status reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Drive process improvement and support technology implementations and legacy application migrations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 3 years managing hybrid Agile and Waterfall projects.
• At least 3 years of strategic planning and roadmap development experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in risk, resource, change, and budget management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification, or active pursuit of certification.

Nice to have

• Process improvement experience.
• Knowledge of financial or accounting principles.
• Mortgage industry knowledge.
