Process Engineering Technician (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Set up automated and manual test equipment according to work instructions.
• Assemble, calibrate, and perform final acceptance testing on high-reliability electro-mechanical devices.
• Conduct complex electrical and mechanical tests of transducers and analyze test results.
• Coordinate process adjustments and troubleshoot rejected units to identify causes and corrective actions.
• Review technical documentation and report discrepancies in prints, routers, and standard times to the Project Engineer.
• Support environmental and mechanical testing for new product development, reliability, and performance improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in an electro-mechanical or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a detail-oriented product development environment within the AS9100 Quality System.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing instructions.
• Experience performing product assembly, calibration, electrical testing, and mechanical testing.
• Ability to perform visual analysis of finished products and prepare written rejection reports.
