Manager, Property Management (Logistics)

Location: Charleston, South Carolina, United States; on-site work supporting an Army installation

hirify.global provides logistics, maintenance, supply chain, and sustainment support for U.S. Army programs, including the APS-3 prepositioned stocks program.

What you will do

• Lead the Property Management Department supporting APS-3 equipment and material accountability.
• Supervise two Property Management Supervisors and oversee 30–40+ personnel.
• Manage Class VII and Class II equipment records, inventories, causative research, discrepancy resolution, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate receipt, issue, shipment, transfer, disposition, warehousing, maintenance, transportation, and supply activities.
• Serve as the primary property management liaison to government customers, Army stakeholders, and internal departments.
• Drive performance improvement using KPIs, Lean Six Sigma, audit findings, and operational metrics.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain local installation access, a favorable CAC, and any contract-required security clearance.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or a related field; relevant military experience and additional directly related experience may substitute.
• At least 8 years of experience in property management, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or military sustainment, including 3–5 years leading supervisors and large teams.
• Experience with Department of Defense property accountability, Army supply processes, GCSS-Army, Army Vantage, DST, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting U.S. Army APS, AMC, ASC, or AFSBn programs.
• Prior military logistics, supply, or property book officer/NCO experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
• Professional logistics, supply chain, or property management certification.
• Experience managing government property audits and compliance inspections.
