Senior Product Manager, Digital Workers - IFS Loops (AI)

Salary: $170,000–$185,000 per year, plus bonus potential

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-ROI use cases for autonomous AI agents, including operational automation, coordination, and internal task delegation.
• Research user workflows, stakeholder needs, challenges, and trust boundaries, then prototype and validate agent behaviors in production-like environments.
• Define agent experiences covering delegation, monitoring, escalation, user flows, system interactions, prompts, safety requirements, and interfaces.
• Own the product roadmap and deliver iteratively, scaling validated solutions across reusable vertical foundations.
• Partner with engineering and AI research to align applied products with planning, memory, tool orchestration, retries, and underlying agent architecture.
• Define outcome-based metrics such as time saved, accuracy improvements, and recovered failures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or startup experience building technically complex, user-facing systems.
• Strong understanding of applied use cases in automation, operations, or real-world workflows.
• Familiarity with agentic AI patterns and tools, including LLM agents, tool use, LangChain, OpenAI functions, and memory systems.
• Experience making system-level product decisions with engineers and researchers.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and execution skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in logistics, field operations, manufacturing, or systems integration.
• Background in AI/ML infrastructure, developer platforms, robotics, or IIoT.
• Experience designing human-in-the-loop or semi-autonomous systems.
• Hands-on experience prototyping workflows or agents with LangGraph or AutoGen.
