Manufacturing Engineer (Capacitor Manufacturing)

Location: Must be based in Everett, WA (On-site)

Salary: $138,000 – $182,000

What you will do

• Design and implement rate-based assembly processes for in-house capacitor production.
• Manage interdisciplinary projects to increase throughput, including floor layout, tooling, and large-scale equipment integration.
• Develop business processes for non-conformance management, process control, and asset maintenance.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and deploy solutions such as design changes or automation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams to identify high-ROI manufacturing capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience in the development and improvement of production systems.
• Hands-on engineering or manufacturing experience in rate-based environments.
• Proven ability to influence partners across organizational lines.
• Experience in cradle-to-grave ownership of complex engineering or production scopes.
• Must be able to work on-site in Everett, WA.
