Technical Support Engineer

Location: Remote with hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade

What you will do

• Perform daily system checks and respond to alerts.
• Assist L1 Support and Compliance teams with technical issues.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies between systems.
• Analyze microservices logs and handle incident reports.
• Escalate incidents as needed following instructions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in L2 Tech Support.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
• Experience in fintech projects.
• Strong SQL and command line skills.
• Basic scripting, Excel, and web application knowledge.
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology.
