Location: Remote with hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade
What you will do
- Perform daily system checks and respond to alerts.
- Assist L1 Support and Compliance teams with technical issues.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies between systems.
- Analyze microservices logs and handle incident reports.
- Escalate incidents as needed following instructions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in L2 Tech Support.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
- Experience in fintech projects.
- Strong SQL and command line skills.
- Basic scripting, Excel, and web application knowledge.
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology.
