What you will do

• Understand client installations and business processes to provide effective support.
• Design and implement procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Build tools and SQL queries to fulfill service requests and enhance customer experience.
• Investigate reported incidents to identify root causes and perform service restoration.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement bug fixes, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and update internal monitoring tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• Must be based in Greece.
• Proven work experience as a Support Engineer or in a similar software role.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, and SQL databases.
• Firm command of the English language.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft ETL tools.
• Experience with IIS.
